Something new at the Mill Mountain Zoo
Four otters, but these aren't just any otters. They are "Asian short-clawed otters."
The four sisters did not actually come from Asia, but New York. They were at the Bronx Zoo.
It's hard to keep up with the otters, they are fast and love to explore.
Lisa Uhl/Mill Mountain Zoo, "They're very active because they're sisters and they normally runs in packs. When one does something the others will do it so you'll se if one gets curious about an exhibit or an item in the water they all of them will do it so they're very playful."
The Asian short clawed otter is in danger of extinction, and so zoologists plan to one day bring in a male otter to breed with the sisters.
Something else that's new to the zoo -- star city smoothies.
It opened for business at the zoo for the season serving 100% fruit smoothies, sandwiches and wraps
